Once upon a time we knew what plants could soothe a stomach ache or clean a wound. We knew which trees should be planted outside homes for protection and we would share stories of fierce battles and heartbreaking stories around the fire at night.
Much of this old wisdom is lost but during our interactive workshop will walk you through the ancient tales and traditions behind some of the most common plants and trees you will find in your garden or local park. You will never look at them the same way again…
This workshop is completely free for green fingered friends, but an optional donation of £5 is greatly appreciated. Donations help us to continue our work with our community gardens and support our most vulnerable members during coronavirus.
We can’t wait to ‘grow’ with you!
