Our busy modern lives has caused a disconnect with nature. The coronavirus pandemic has shifted priorities and forced us to notice nature once again.
Research shows nature connectedness, which is our relationship with the world around us, improves our mental health but how can we practically bring this into our daily lives?
This workshop led by the London-based charity, Dose of Nature, will look at the six active ingredients – awe, sunlight, phytoncides, nature sounds, fractals and soil bacteria – and the science behind why they are good for our mental health and wellbeing. As well as, providing practical tips on how we can disconnect to reconnect to nature.
