Urban Growth Is Looking For A New Base Of Operations

Since 2014, Urban Growth has been dedicated to making London a greener, healthier and more sustainable place. Our organization specialises in creating and maintaining communal green spaces throughout the capital, particularly for vulnerable communities. We believe in the healing power of nature and strive to improve lives and strengthen communities through education in gardening and horticulture.

The Future Of Urban Growth

As we look ahead to the future, we are excited to announce that we will be seeking a new home for our organization. Our current office, located in Brixton, will be repurposed in October 2023 and all tenants will be required to vacate the building. We see this as an opportunity to think big and expand our reach. Our goal is to establish a new home that will serve as a showcase for our work and a hub for new partnerships. We are looking for collaborators who share our vision for a greener, fairer, and healthier London in the 21st century. Our ambition is to be London's leading community gardening organisation and we believe that our new base of operations will be integral to realising that vision.

What Are We Looking For

Shared Office

Our core team of four spend half the week working together in person. Hot-desking is an option, as long as there are meeting rooms and zoom booths.

Outdoor Space For Activities

Rooftop, courtyard, public park, parking lot - this could take any form, but we want somewhere we can make into a green oasis to host workshops and events. This would ideally include storage for tools.

Collaborative Environment

We've loved being part of Brixton's vibrant local community, and are looking for new ecosystems to join and contribute to. Co-working space, large office, community hub - we're open to the serendipity that can occur anywhere.

If you know of a space that would be a perfect fit for Urban Growth, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@urbangrowth.london
